Noelle Pourrat

Noelle Pourrat is the Corporation’s learning and development specialist, responsible for designing and facilitating learning sessions, career paths, and programs for staff at all levels. As this role is built out, she will create learning curricula for onboarding, skill-building, and competency-based training; support leadership development and career coaching; and evaluate the impact of learning through assessments, analysis, and feedback on learning programs.

Prior to this position, Pourrat was a program analyst with the Corporation’s international peace and security program, where she worked for seven years covering portfolios on Euro-Atlantic security, emerging security challenges, and congressional education on foreign policy issues. In this role, she managed grantee relations and worked with a team to develop strategies supporting policy-relevant research, investing in the next generation of experts, and informing the public.

Pourrat holds a dual master’s degree in international affairs and security from Sciences Po in Paris and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York, and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and French from the University of California, Irvine.
