Noelle Pourrat is a program analyst with the Corporation’s International Peace and Security program, covering portfolios on Euro-Atlantic security, emerging security challenges, and congressional education on foreign policy issues. In this role, she manages grantee relations and works with a team to develop strategies supporting policy-relevant research, investing in the next generation of experts, and informing the public.
Pourrat earned a dual master of international affairs and security from Sciences Po in Paris and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York. She holds a BA in international studies and French from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining the Corporation, Pourrat interned with the UN Women’s Arab States Section, worked as coordinator for the NGO Working Group on the Security Council, and taught English at a French elementary school.
