Noelle Pourrat is a program analyst with the Corporation’s International Peace & Security program. Her work covers a range of issues, with a particular focus on Russia as part of the Global Dynamics portfolio.
Ms. Pourrat earned a dual Master of International Affairs and Security from Sciences Po in Paris and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining the Corporation, Ms. Pourrat spent a year teaching English to primary school children in France, interned with the UN Women’s Arab States Section, and worked as coordinator for the NGO Working Group on the Security Council.
