Kate Newburger is administrative manager for the Andrew Carnegie Fellows Program. Coordinating all aspects of the program, she is responsible for the oversight of program-related records, the processing of fellowships, and liaising with fellows and their institutions. In addition, she supports the Special Opportunities Fund grants, tracking administrative records and overseeing correspondence workflow. She has over 13 years of experience at the Corporation. Previously, Newburger supported the finance team before expanding her role in the President’s Office.
During her time at the Corporation, Newburger earned an MPH with a concentration in public health nutrition from New York University. Additionally, she holds an MA in women’s studies from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York and a BFA from Emerson College.
