The Carr Center for Human Rights Policy: Finding the Overlap between Military Issues and Human Rights Concerns

An examination of the intersection of military issues and human rights concerns. This report looks at the work of the Project on the Means of Intervention, within the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government which brought together U.S. military and other security specialists with members of the human rights and humanitarian communities to explore how human rights issues are considered, if at all, during military conflicts.
