Thank God Somebody Still Funds Russian Studies

Andrew Fitzgerald, writing in Inside Philanthropy on June 23, 2014 noted: “Once upon a time, when the Kremlin had 30,000 nuclear weapons pointed at the United States, funding Russian studies was very much in fashion. Then the Cold War ended and many funders moved on. But not all of them.
