Carnegie’s Del Rosso on Philanthropy’s Efforts to Understand Global Security, Fletcher Forum of World Affairs

In the Summer 2008 issue of the Fletcher Forum of World Affairs, one of the world's leading journals of international affairs, Steve Del Rosso, Director of the Carnegie Corporation's International Peace and Security program, analyzes the fraught effort by foundations to develop an overarching conceptual framework for their philanthropic efforts in the post-Cold War and post-9/11 eras.
