Pierce Brosnan

International film actor Pierce Brosnan is best known for his role as sophisticated master spy James Bond in films such as 1995’s GoldenEye and 1997’s Tomorrow Never Dies. He first became famous playing a suave detective on the 1980s television series Remington Steele. In 1996, he launched his own film production company, Irish DreamTime. He won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Chicago Film Festival in 2002. Updated 2009
