Robert J. Seman is vice president and chief financial officer, responsible for the accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting of the Corporation. For the past 25 years, Seman has prepared and maintained the financial records that account for the Corporation’s investment and expense activities. They include public records such as the Internal Revenue Service's 990-PF forms and the annual audit. Previously, Seman served as the Corporation’s controller.
Prior to joining the Corporation, Seman was chief accountant at the Rockefeller Foundation, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the comptroller’s office, including accounts payable, payroll, and accounting for grants. Seman also worked as an accountant for Bronx Municipal Hospital Center, the City of Yonkers's Department of Water, and Tork Incorporated.
Seman earned a BS in accounting and finance from Mercy College. He and his wife have two sons.
