Rick Brown is the infrastructure and end-user technical support specialist for the Corporation’s information technology department.
He is responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporation’s technology infrastructure, which includes virtual and physical servers, local-area network and wide-area network connectivity, storage and back up/recovery, various analysis tools, and operating system platforms. He also provides technology support for the Corporation’s end-user community in a range of areas. Brown works closely with office services, program areas, and executive staff to provide technology support for key meetings and events.
Along with his duties in the information technology department, he has provided web and print design materials for the 2013 Carnegie Medal of Philanthropy. Recently, his design work was highlighted in the Winter 2020 issue of the Carnegie Reporter.
Brown holds a bachelor's degree from Baruch College.
