Joseph J. Jung is a program assistant with the Corporation’s Strengthening U.S. Democracy program. Mr. Jung manages grantee relations, supports and informs program strategy, and contributes to internal projects. His work focuses on a range of national issues, including immigrant civic integration, voting rights protection, and voter engagement.
Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Jung was a development professional at a New York City-based grassroots organization. He is a past recipient of a Princeton in Asia (PiA) fellowship, through which he worked at a Tokyo-based NGO that enables bereaved students to access higher education and community support. Mr. Jung holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Government from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
