Landry Signé is a distinguished fellow at Stanford University’s Center for African Studies and professor and senior adviser on international affairs to the chancellor and provost at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, He is also the founding chairman of the award-winning Global Network for Africa’s Prosperity and partner and chief strategist at a small African-focused emerging markets strategic management, investment, and government affairs firm.
