Zachary Mees is senior director of portfolio management, responsible for asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction across the Corporation’s portfolio.
Prior to joining the Corporation, Mees was an executive director at AQR Capital Management where he was a member of the portfolio management and research team for multi-asset class strategies. In this role, he engaged investors on various subjects related to multi-asset portfolio construction, risk allocation, and alternative investments. Previous roles include serving on the investment teams at the Ford Foundation and Highmount Capital.
Mees earned a BS in engineering management from the University of Arizona, and an MS in quantitative finance from Fordham University. He is a CFA charterholder.
